Weekly Weigh-In


The nice little scale reflects a 1 pound loss this week! Not as much as I'd like but I'll surely take it!

My goal this week is to exercise at least 4 days, I know that helps speed my weight loss immensely and just generally makes me feel better physically and emotionally.

Congratulations on the weight loss. I know what you mean about the exercise making you feel better all around. I have not been getting to the gym and I feel it.
You have inspired me today to JUST DO IT and go workout.

Thank you, Patty! I did about 30 minutes of gardening yesterday and my thighs feel it! It was good for my soul as well.

WTG on the "just do it" attitude! :-)

We had snow this weekend, a rare thing indeed so there wasn't much gardening going on, but maybe today I can get out there. It is good for the soul to play, oh I mean, work in the soil

Patty, I agree! I was actually feeling kinda grumpy and suffering from some "moontime" symptoms, but once I got out there and started digging I felt immensely better. Mother Nature knows exactly what we need.

Hey way to go! I weighed myself Sunday evening and discovered that the shoulder pain and the back pain from last week's workout were worth it because I'd lost a pound or two as well!

I skipped today - Mondays are absolutely nuts with piano and supper and all that. But tomorrow it's back to the gym with me! I'll pretend you're on the treadmill next to mine.
