Blue Tuesday

I've been feeling a bit blue for some reason, did some pondering last night and in the wee hours of this morning and then woke up to find this Daily Om offering a very interesting online course: Overcoming Self-Sabotage by Debbie Ford. I realize that I have self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors and need to work on those or I won't ever reach my goals. Intrigued, I signed up for it and have done the first lesson and meditation, will keep you posted on my progress, am hoping it can help get me back on track and end this ugly cycle.

Sorry you are feeling so crummy :( It sounds like an interesting course though.

The best thing you can do to cheer yourself up? Smile. Smile at everyone you see today and see if it doesn't help.

Hey, M ~

Don't we all have those days/weeks/months when we appear to be our own worst enemy? (rhetorical question) - I have no doubt you will find your metaphorical tail again soon... <3

Umm - I am feeling blue too...but I think it has more to do with the fact that I am at work and DH is at home today!

Feel happy soon!

I know. People like us go way way down deep every now and then - but rise back up like Phoenix! Cheer up soon, girl. The world and we are waiting for you. :-)

I always feel a bit blue when I have to deprive myself of something I want~be it food, paint, a new rose bush~no matter, it makes me feel down and for the longest time, I didn't but 2 and 2 together. Now, if I MUST, I try to spin it in my head so I see the other side of why I am not giving myself whatever and it works.

Debbie Ford is supposed to be good although I don't have the patience for online courses...I will be interested to hear how you like her ;)

Blessings...

I will be interested to see how you like this course. Have you ever heard of 'Notes from the Universe'? I signed up and get a free inspirational message each day - and it really is a positive way for me to start my day. I also like Heather's idea of smiling - it does help.
I also find that exercise helps me. A good walk allows me to sort my thoughts and feelings out. I often take my camera with me and I take pics of random things that cheer me up - and it helps me forget my troubles- even if only temporarily. Enjoy the day.

u to everyone for the warm thoughts and support, I think a lot of my mood had to do with my Moontime. I hate that it has such power over me but what can I do? I'm starting to come 'round. Big hugs..
