Still trying to clean up the holiday decorations here...groan...it doesn't help that it's 40 degrees here in South Florida which makes me want to sit on the couch and watch movies instead of venturing into the freezing garage to grab the storage boxes! At least I got the tree taken down on Friday, feel like I've made some progress.
How about you, anybody else still have their decorations up or am I the only lazy one?

Our decorations are taken down, but the tree is still up. My brother has to take it apart and put it away.
I took down the tree on the fourth or fifth when my dog almost knocked it over. I took the rest of the decorations (nativity set, etc.) down on the 6th.

My decorations are still up, and my reason/excuse is also the freezing garage - I had every intention of doing it today... but a church meeting ran long, and the temps started dipping again...
Will get right on it (follow-through, Susan!) first thing tomorrow, I have vowed - ready to get my house back to normal (or a reasonable facsimile... :-)
Didn't decorate much. I like to keep it simple. Just took the tree out where it will be taken to recycling. Now we have just two Christmas lights in the windows. I like to keep them till February.
It's an amazing winter here! Everything is covered in frost and snow and the air is white even at night. It's really rare to have this kind of winter on the coast.
ooo, it's all different and spiffy over here, my dear...and no...and yes, they are down and in the hall, garage, deck, patio, chairs and closets...gift wrap on the beds, ribbons on the floor...yes, disgraceful but at least it's OVER! ♥

Silver, I've made some progress but there are still stragglers hanging around..a wreath here, a candle there...
Aisling, lol, the canine furbaby provided perfect motivation, right!? By the time Beren dragged my tree outside it was a hideous mess..sigh..
Susan, I completely understand about the garage! As much as I like the cooler temps, I prefer to enjoy them by sipping cocoa on the couch or lounging around outside in my cozy sweats with a book, NOT working outside! ;)
Annie, I bet that snow is beautiful! Will have to zip over to your blog to see if you've posted pictures of your winter wonderland. :)
